Do you need access to my accounts?
Usually, for the system that’s broken, like your hosting, domain or email admin. We explain exactly what we need, and you can remove our access when we’re done.
What if the problem turns out to be bigger?
You approve a fixed price before we start. If we find something that needs more work, we explain it and quote it before doing anything else.
Do you only work with Wisconsin businesses?
