Start with “Lost your password?” on the login page. If the reset email never comes, the login page loops or a security plugin locked you out, you can regain access through your hosting account by resetting the password or disabling plugins.

Clear cookies, or try a private window and a different browser
Wait out a security lockout, or try from a different network
In your hosting file manager, rename the plugins folder to disable plugins
Reset the password through your host’s tools or phpMyAdmin
Rename the plugins folder back and re-enable plugins one at a time
