We build it, then hand you the keys

Some IT providers keep the admin accounts in their own name, which makes leaving hard. We do the opposite.

  • Every account is in your company’s name, with you as the top-level owner
  • Your domain is registered to your company, never to us
  • A company password vault that you own and share with us, not the other way around
  • Our access uses separate, named accounts that you can switch off at any time
  • A written IT handbook: every system, setting, vendor and renewal date
  • If you ever leave, everything is already yours, and we help with the hand-over

How we build and hand over your tech stack

Costs less than hiring, covers more than one person can

One in-house IT support specialist costs a business about $88,400 a year with benefits, based on U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics data, and brings one person’s skills during one person’s working hours. A managed IT plan starts at $9,000 a year and brings a whole team’s skills: help desk, networks, security, website, CRM and AI.

Managed IT vs. in-house IT vs. break-fix, compared

Who it’s for

  • Businesses from a few people to 150 or more, with no IT department
  • Owners who are tired of being the IT person
  • Teams juggling several tech vendors with nobody in charge
  • Organizations with IT staff who need backup and specialist skills (co-managed IT)
  • Offices handling customer, patient or payment data
  • Companies that want AI and automation without hiring an AI engineer

Managed IT questions

What are managed IT services?

Managed IT means one outside team takes responsibility for your technology for a fixed monthly price: help for your people, care of your systems, security, backups and planning. Instead of calling someone after something breaks, you have a team keeping things running and improving.

What exactly do you take over?

Everything tech: email and calendars, team chat, files, phones, your website, your CRM and business apps, computers and Wi-Fi, security, backups, AI tools and the vendors behind them.

What does “we hand you the keys” mean?

Every account we set up is in your company’s name with you as the top-level owner, your passwords live in a vault your company owns and everything is written down in an IT handbook. Our access uses separate accounts you can switch off at any time. If you ever leave, you leave with everything.

How much do managed IT services cost?

Plans start at $750 a month for small teams and go up to $10,000 a month for larger organizations. Your exact price is fixed after a free tech audit, based on your people, devices, locations, systems and compliance needs. Everyday help desk requests from covered people are never billed by the hour.

We already have an IT person. Can you work with them?

Yes. That’s called co-managed IT: your IT staff keep doing what they do best, and we fill the gaps, whether that’s the website, the CRM, security, projects or vacation coverage.

How fast do you respond?

Urgent problems are answered the same business day on every plan, and higher plans move to the front of the line. Response targets are written into your agreement. Our hours are Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm Central.

Do you only work with Wisconsin businesses?

Wisconsin is home, and we come on site across much of the state. Because nearly all of the work is done remotely, we support businesses anywhere in the U.S.

How do we get started?

Request a free tech audit. We look at what you have, tell you plainly what needs attention and send a fixed monthly price. Urgent fixes come first, usually in the first week, and the full take-over is typically finished within 30 to 90 days.
