Your Business Tech Stack, Built Right and Handed Over
A tech stack is the set of tools your business runs on. Most small businesses end up with one that grew by accident: personal accounts, forgotten logins and apps that don’t talk to each other. We design one on purpose, build it, move your data in, train your team and hand you the keys. Then we stay on to support it.

Signs your tech stack grew by accident
- Logins live in one person’s head or a spreadsheet
- Company email runs on personal Gmail or an old hosting account
- Nobody is sure who owns the domain
- Files are scattered across laptops, USB drives and personal Dropbox accounts
- Your CRM, website and accounting don’t talk to each other
- You pay for software nobody uses
- When someone leaves, their accounts keep working

How we build it
- 1
Audit
We list every account, device, app and subscription you have, who controls it and what it costs.
- 2
Design
You get a one-page plan of your stack: what stays, what goes, what gets added and what it costs each month.
- 3
Build and move
We set up the new pieces, move your email, files and data and connect the apps so information flows between them.
- 4
Train
Short, practical sessions for your team, plus how-to guides for the things people do every day.
- 5
Hand over the keys
Owner access, your password vault and a written IT handbook, all in your company’s name.
- 6
Stay on
Your monthly plan covers support, updates, security and improvements as you grow.
What “handing you the keys” means
- Every account is in your company’s name, with you as the top-level owner
- Your domain is registered to your company, never to us
- A company password vault that you own and share with us, not the other way around
- Our access uses separate, named accounts that you can switch off at any time
- A written IT handbook: every system, setting, vendor and renewal date
- If you ever leave, everything is already yours, and we help with the hand-over

Tech stack questions
What is a tech stack?
It’s the set of tools a business runs on: email, chat, files, phones, website, CRM, accounting, industry software, devices, security and AI. A good stack is chosen on purpose, connected so information flows between tools and owned by the business.
Do we have to replace everything?
No. We keep what works, fix what’s broken and replace only what’s holding you back. Many businesses already pay for good tools that just need to be set up and connected properly.
Which tools do you use?
Whatever fits your business. We work with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, Teams and Slack, the major CRMs and accounting systems and the software made for your industry. We recommend based on fit and total cost, and explain the trade-offs.
How long does a build take?
Urgent fixes happen in the first week. Most small businesses have their core stack built and documented within 30 to 90 days, with bigger moves like a new CRM or website scheduled in stages.
