Pricing questions

How is the monthly price set?

After a free tech audit, based on how many people, devices, locations and systems we look after, plus any compliance needs. The price is fixed: it only changes when your business changes, like adding people or a location, and we agree on that first.

Is there a setup fee?

Your quote shows any one-time onboarding cost next to the monthly price, so nothing is a surprise. Taking over, securing and documenting your systems is part of every plan. Big one-time projects, like moving off an old server, are quoted separately up front.

What does “no hourly bills” cover?

Everyday help desk requests from the people on your plan: passwords, email problems, printers, slow computers, how-to questions and the like. Bigger builds use your plan’s monthly build time or get a fixed quote first.

Are software subscriptions included?

No. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, your CRM and your phone service stay in your company’s name, so you always control them. We make sure you’re on the right plans with no unused seats.

Is there a contract?

Yes: a plain-English agreement that lists what’s covered, response targets, the monthly price and how either side can end it.

Can we start small and move up?

Yes. Many businesses start with Essentials and move up as they grow or want more built. You can also start with a single one-time project and move to a plan later.
